VIDEO VIEW est un logiciel étudié pour être utilisé en appariement avec les systèmes de vision les plus récents. Il est en mesure d’effectuer des mesures simples, complexes et beaucoup d’autres fonctions demandées pour le contrôle qualité dans les ateliers de production et dans quelques secteurs spécifiques (ex. secteur médical).
   VIDEO VIEW peut fonctionner avec toutes les sources vidéo seulement si elles utilisent les driver WDM de Windows.
   Les algorithmes développés par nous sont en mesure d’obtenir le maximum des performances des caméras analogiques et digitales choisies pour l’emploi dans nos systèmes vidéo; c’est de toute façon possible utiliser VIDEO VIEW aussi avec d’autres caméras, dans ce but c’est mieux que vous nous contactiez.

A présent VIDEO VIEW est disponible en 3 versions:
  1. Version light
    Conseillé à ceux qui normalement ne doivent pas effectuer de mesures particulières mais seulement celles linéaires. VIDEO VIEW light est indiqué pour ceux qui ont la seule nécessité de visualiser, capturer, comparer entre elles les images et éventuellement les enregistrer avec quelques commentaires.

  2. Version basic
    Conseillé à ceux qui, outre aux exigences absolues de la version light, ils ont nécessité de contrôle par sondage en production avec des différents types de mesures basilaires (distances, angles, rayons, aires, etc).
    VIDEO VIEW basic permet aussi de superposer à l'image échantillon une image en transparence, provenant d’un archive ou enlevée d’un dessin CAD.

  3. Version pro
    C’est la version qui satisfait grandement la plupart des exigences demandées dans le contrôle et mesure des secteurs  productifs. VIDEO VIEW pro est en outre très utile pour résoudre beaucoup de problèmes du contrôle et mesure en vidéo, souvent non connus et non relevables dans d’autres logiciels similaires présents sur le marché.

La liste rapportée ci-dessous met en évidence les différentes possibilités offertes par les trois versions.

To recognize all video sources connected to a PC working with Windows WDM drivers.
After selecting the device the software will automatically set and open the image allowing to see the total field of view depending on the actual screen resolution (it saves you from moving the window inside the screen’s bounds to analyze the image).
To set the configuration of all parameters available with the camera and to save them for the next startup of the PC (for predisposed cameras).
To bring the video in front of the other windows and to restore the zoom factor to the 100% with just a click (this function is especially useful when many images are open with the software).

Automatic optic calibration
function that permits to calculate automatically the conversion between pixel and real measure unit to make measurements

Assisted focus
the assisted focus helps the user in the optimal focus in a given area
To zoom keeping a complete control on the value of the video resolution.
To scale the video image to fit the actual screen’s width or height.
To set the camera’s white balance (if available with the camera) with just a click.
To set brightness and contrast from software (also if not available on the camera).
To convert the image in Black and White or in negative.
To add chromatic filters (useful to remove a selected color).
To calibrate in cm, mm, µm, inch o pixel nine optics for each camera.
To open a magnifying glass from the menu for operations of high precision.
When the “optic calibration” function is open this “glass” is automatically shown to give a better accuracy during the calibration.
To scale automatically the measure value related to the actual zoom value.
If the video is zoomed all measures already done and the future ones are automatically adjusted. In this way you can have a smaller field of view but a better accuracy for measures.
Moreover, if you are using a ruler with a large number of ticks, these will be re-adjusted to the new zoom factor with great comfort of operator.
To place images on the screen for a comparison in an automatic disposition: cascade, vertically tiled, horizontally tiled.
To take a photo at the desired resolution (the region shown on the screen including measures and notes) or in HD (the camera’s maximum resolution, without any overlay).
Cameras with high resolutions (i.e. 5Mpx or more) have a very low frame rate at the maximum resolution that does not allow to have a fluid and continuous image stream. For this reason Video View can work at a lower resolution but taking photos at the camera’s maximum resolution anyway. Moreover, a HD photo (obtained from cameras with 5 Mpx or more) keeps a good fidelity of details also if it is zoomed.
To take a sequence of photos in a specific interval and with a frequency desired .
the photos are stored automatically in a desired directory.
To save photos with VIF format. With this format all data (optic, zoom, video parameters, etc.) will be stored along with the photo. Everywhere and every time, also without the video device, you can re-open photos, zoom them, make measures, simply using Video View.
The VIF files you open do not have any overlay (measures, notes, etc.).
To take photos of an image used to draw measures with the aim of store it including all measures.
To save images in the most common formats (jpg, bmp, etc.). When you take a photo on the video image, a copy is stored (if desired) without measures and notes, in the proprietary format VIF at the same resolution of the image just saved.
To open one or more image files in the most common formats.
To record movies with a good quality and open them immediately in the acquisition format (you can use several codec).
To directly print from the software one or two images on the same page (A4), horizontally or vertically, with totally automatic placement or with personal settings (for size, position, page centering) and with the availability to add notes.
To automatically recognize the best camera video formats, highlighting them to make the choice evident for you (to work in a rapid and optimal way).
To add a note on the image with the desired size.
To use a ruler setting the number and size of ticks, with the desired color, and save it. With the mouse you can move the ruler, with just a click, on the exact start point of the measure.
To use a cross with the desired color and size to find the position of a fixed point on the image.
To use a couple of axis and to evaluate in real time the distance between them.
To use a square with the desired size, ticks and color, useful to count the number of fibres, cells, warps, etc. within a defined region.
To measure Lines: point-point; drag.
To measure Polygons: segments; free hand.
To measure Polylines: segments; free hand.
To measure Circles: by radius; by diameter; points.
To measure Angles: 3 points; 4 points.
To measure Ellipses: 3 points.
To measure Distances.
To measure Tangents: circle-point; circle-circle.
To measure Intersections.
To configure all drawn objects (color, width, label, etc.).
To add the internal and external tolerance for drawn circles.
To show the desired data in the measure’s labels.
To export measure’s data in a Microsoft Excel workspace.
To create concentric circles setting their size or directly drawing them on the video.
To apply a painting cover (to send to back a portion of the video highlighting the other one).
To modify the axis angle and to move circles every time you want.
To personalize the concentric circles (color, width, etc.), and save all the configuration.
To overlay an image or a CAD drawing on the video image, in transparence, setting the angle, size and absolute position and saving it with all its parameters (including the position on the video).
To personalize all the stored or just saved photos with “Giotto”. Photos can be modified, chromatically corrected, cropped, etc. in a very simple way.
For medical use it is included (for completeness) the software “Global Medical Data” useful to manage patients and medical analysis of doctors.
To use the new ruler ABSOLUTE OVT to see the measures directly on PC
to remove from a overlay image colors to make transparent it and overlay it on the video stream

Digital collimator.
With this function you see immediately if two objects collimate otherwise you will see the movement

To control until 4 cameras at the same time with the Multicam View Software

This function permits to take some photos with different focus points and to merge them in a single photo completely in focus
