This new portable video microscope, with professional features, can facilitate and speed up production control in various sectors.
Its design comes from the need to be able to quickly inspect flat or curved specular work surfaces even without the use of a PC / Laptop with cables, extension cables, etc.
For smartphones the connection is wireless (or with an OTG cable, if the mobile phone allows it), for PCs a USB connection is used (but also the wireless connection is available). []
The new R24 Wi-Fi Collimator (optical-video) differs from the previous series by implementing important features: while remaining connectable to a laptop PC it can now also be used with a Wi-Fi connected cell phone.
With this collimator it will be more practical, precise, and quicker to check the alignment of bar pusher, carriage, or rail (the zoom function on the cell phone is very useful for precise collimation).
In the mechanical field, in the case of bar pusher, if previously the same operations required two operators, now only one is needed: the continuous control of images on the cell phone allows the collimation to be checked while standing near the receiving station away from the collimator, thus speeding up the time needed for adjustments by as much as 70%. []
The 2013 series includes two optical microscopes with magnetic base equipped with illumination for precision measurement. The 20X model has an accuracy of 0.01 mm, the 40X model of 0.005 mm. The fixed optics and magnetic base allow very fast reading operation: just place the microscope on the sample and operate on the nonius. The body is made of stainless steel to ensure maximum rubustness even special working environments. []
The new 2014-40 pocket microscope (made entirely of aluminum) is an optical instrument for precision measurements (measuring range 3 mm - accuracy 0.01 mm). It has the advantage of being portable and easy to use.
It can be used in many sectors of industry: in mechanics to measure Brinell indentations, the distance between small bores, the size of engravings; in the construction sector the variation of the thickness of small cracks over time; in textiles the control of warps; in chemistry the quality control of painted surfaces; in graphics to control registration mark and halftone dots.
The 2014-40-FLAT model has a base for flat surfaces, while the 2014-40-ROLL has a base with rubber rollers for curved surfaces. []
The new optic and video Ruler Absolute is designed to perform high precision linear measurement, as well as to examine and measure every detail within the visible area of a monitor.
The Ruler Absolute is equipped with a precise linear measuring system guaranteed by an optical scale and an optic/video unit on a sliding carriage, manually driven by a friction knob that allows micro-displacements. []
