PORTABLE IMPACT HARDNESS TESTERS

They are portable instruments of high technology for the detection of the hardness utmost precision, in accordance with ASTM A956-02 & DIN 50156.

Very compact and easy to use, they can also be used by unskilled personnel.

Suitable for measuring hardness in parts very heavy and bulky, difficult to access and to measure directly on the piece into production.

All the parameters are displayed on a large backlight LCD, that provides the measurements as a function of the tolerance limit set, and the mean value.

They have a wide range of measurements scale HL, and direct conversion on the display in Rockwell scale (HRB e HRC), Vickers scale (HV), Brinell scale (HB), Shore scale (HSD) e MPa scale.

The supplied mini thermal printer allows, if necessary, to print the report with test data, measured values​​, lot identification and calculation of mean value.

These hardness testers can be used in position 0°, +45°, -45°, +90°, -90°, relative to the workpiece to be checked, thanks to the automatic correction of the impact direction.

They are supplied in a handy case containing durometer, test block, mini printer, charger, cleaning brush and instructions.
